University of Technology Won College Dunia Excellence Award for its role in Rural Youth Empowerment

University of Technology secured the CollegeDunia Excellence Award for its contribution to rural youth empowerment at the “College Dunia Connect 4.0: An Education Summit “ held at the prestigious JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi on 20th December 2024. 

The key highlights of the connect were thought-provoking panel discussions, whitepaper 2024 release, exclusive networking opportunities, industry presentations and much more. The award was presented to acknowledge the efforts and contributions of visionary leaders, organizations and key decision-makers in the education industry.

Special achievements of the university:

• The University of Technology has set up centres to increase access to rural areas.
• Training programs and industry-focused skills are being run to prepare the youth for employment. 
• Special initiatives were taken to encourage rural youth for self-employment. 

On this proud occasion, the chairman of University of Technology Dr Anshu Surana also addressed that their goal is to not only provide quality education but to make the youth self-reliant and improve their quality of life.
