ELECTION AWARENESS RALLY

The School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Technology is organizing an Election Awareness Rally from 26 October to 3 November 2026. Conducted in collaboration with Electoral Club 2.0 and the NSS Unit, this social outreach initiative will take place across the university’s adopted villages. The primary objective of the rally is to educate rural communities about their voting rights, emphasize the importance of ethical and informed voting, and familiarize them with the election process.

Centering around the core themes of “Your Vote Matters” and “जागो, समझो, मतदान करो – अपने भविष्य को बेहतर बनाओ” (Awake, Understand, Vote – Make Your Future Better), the campaign aims to strengthen democratic values at the grassroots level. Through voter awareness slogans, the event highlights that a conscious and responsible voter is key to building a strong and robust democracy.

Approximately 30 students will actively participate in this rally to drive the message forward. They will be guided and accompanied by a dedicated team of faculty members, including Dr. Prem Kumar (HOD), Dr. Rajni Khandelwal, Dr. Anshu Shrivastava, and Ms. Khushboo Choudhary. To ensure smooth operations on the ground, the university has arranged dedicated transport, promotional banners, supporting staff, and essential amenities for the entire team.
