Eligibility Criteria:

- As per the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedures for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2022.
- Relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) / Differently Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other Categories of Candidate as per the decision of the University Grant Commission from time to time.
- Candidates who qualify for Fellowship/Scholarship in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/GATE/CEED or equivalent will be exempted from Entrance Test. (NET Candidates of Category-1 will appear in Interview and Score of Categories 2 and 3 (70% weightage) will be used for Admission in PhD (Validity of Score of Categories 2 and 3 is 1 Year)
