Examination Form for January 2026 Main/Back/Re-exam are available at

To appear in the examination, students are required to fill the examination form.
Note: Students are advised to check all the details before filling the examination form, a correction/updating fee will be charged for any correction in the examination form.

Dates for filling up online exam forms:

Normal/Single fee: w.e.f. 11-12-2025 to 25-12-2025

Double fee: 26-12-2025 to 30-12-2025

Important Instructions for students:

1) Exam form/Admit Card mandatory – No student will be allowed without Exam Form copy or Admit Card Copy.
2. Original Aadhar card/ other Photo I’d proof -No student will be allowed without Original Aadhar card/ other Photo ID.
3. Mobile phone strictly prohibited.
4. Required stationery item for exam.
5. No one will be allowed in the examination hall after 30 minutes from the exam start schedule. So please take care of time
