4th Convocation Ceremony Organized By University of Technology
On 28th September 2025, UOT organized its most awaited event, the 4th Convocation Ceremony. Students representing different streams and courses felt great pride as their names were announced on the stage. Students from the UG, PG, and Doctoral programs, were awarded degrees, medals and certificates.
The Chief Guest for the grand occasion was Shri Madan Dilwar ji, Honourable Education Minister of Rajasthan. In his speech, he motivated students and encouraged students to adopt the spirit of ‘Vocal for Local’ and significantly contribute to the country’s growth. He also laid emphasis on the need for providing better facilities for startups as they can create more employment opportunities for the existing youth.
Dr. H.C. Ganeshia was the Guest of Honour and the ceremony was presided over by Dr. Prem Surana, Chairman, UOT. While congratulating the graduated students for their bright future, Prem Surana sir shared the recent achievement of UOT, the NAAC accreditation with a B++ grade and highlighted the need for higher educational institutions to be more technology driven, innovative and better collaboration with industries.
Apart from this, University officials including Dr. Rashmi Jain (Vice Chancellor), Dr, Ankit Gandhi (Pro Vice Chancellor), Dr. Anup Sharma (Registrar) and Dr. Arvind Sharma (Chief Advisor) also inspired students with their valuable words and blessed the students for their successful journey ahead. Highlighting the importance of convocation ceremonies in a student’s academic career, the event is a crucial milestone that constantly reminds students of their role in national building and how they can contribute with their knowledge, expertise and innovation.
