University of Technology, Jaipur is pleased to announce that its Fourth Convocation will be held in the month of September 2025. The exact date will be notified shortly. All eligible students are requested to complete their registration at the earliest by following the details below:

Eligibility

1. Students who have successfully completed their final examinations up to August 2025 are eligible to receive their original degree at this Convocation.
2. In the case of Ph.D. Scholars, those whose viva voce has been successfully conducted on or before 10th September 2025 will be eligible.

Convocation Fee

A non-refundable Convocation Registration Fee (Degree Fees) is applicable as follows:

Ph.D. Scholars – ₹7,000/-

Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation Students – ₹4,000/-

Students are advised to regularly visit the University website for updates.

Degree Certificate Distribution

Students who register and pay the fee but are unable to attend the ceremony will have their degree certificate sent by post to their permanent address.

Students who do not attend the convocation may collect their degree certificate from the Registrar’s Office on any date after 15 working days, upon payment of the prescribed fee.

Instructions for Students

1. Registration does not guarantee an invitation to attend the Convocation. Owing to limited seating capacity, entry will be strictly by invitation only.
2. Carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID, etc.) for entry.
3. Wearing the convocation gown and hood is mandatory.
4. Gowns will be available at the venue counter by paying ₹1,200/- (₹1,000/- refundable upon same-day return).
5. Students must be seated at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the ceremony.
6. Entry and exit will not be permitted during the event.
7. Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during the ceremony.
8. Personal photography is not allowed. However, group and individual photography will be permitted after the ceremony.
9. All participants are cordially invited to join for lunch after the event.
