Specialist helps in Executing policies regarding working conditions, welfare, etc., of workers in industrial undertakings. Maintaining liaison between management and labour and promoting harmonious relation between them. He/she helps in Bringing grievances of workers to the notice of the management.

3. Project Manager

A project Manager is required to ensure that the project is undertaken is being conducted within the framework established and all documentation work is complete. He also gets in touch with volunteers and ensures that the project is being completed as per timelines drawn for the same.

4. Probation Officer

A probation officer works with and monitors offenders to prevent them from committing new crimes. They carry through with anything the court assigns to them, the most common being to supervise offenders and to investigate the offender’s history (personal and criminal) prior to sentencing.

5. Counsellor/ Teacher/Social Educator

In such a profile a counsellor or a teacher needs to plan and organise events related to social issues. A social educator also needs to conduct committee meetings with the Public Affairs as well as Social Issues department.
