M.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering
Mechatronics is a blend of mechanical and electronics. This name was first coined by Japan in 1960. Mechatronics is a new field emerging in engineering. It is a multidisciplinary field of science which includes a combination of system engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, computer engineering, telecommunication engineering and control engineering. It is an advanced mechanical engineering field. The course is unique and focuses on specific areas of engineering. Student’s works as mechatronics technicians which include assisting the design, development and engineering staff. As well as work with others to install, maintain, modify and repair mechatronic systems, equipment, and component parts. The University of Technology offers M.Tech in Mechatronics engineering to students who have successfully completed their B.Tech in the field.
