B.A (Journalism & Mass Communication)
The journalist provides the nation with the information on the various happening around the world and provides the information to the mass by extracting the meaningful knowledge and information from the raw data. The journalist makes sure that the right and correct information reaches to the correct audience in the correct time and to ensure this he or she needs to have many technical and non- technical skills like the research skills, analytical skills, social skills and the communication skills. the B.A (Journalism & Mass Communication) course provided by The University of Technology imparts all these skills to the enrolling students through the practical methods and specialized class room courses intended to provide the knowledge about the various aspects of the mass media industry in both practical and theoretical form. The duration of the course is 3 years and over the period of 3 years, various skills and technologies are taught to the students through the well-designed laboratories and the with the up-to-date media soft wares. To be eligible to enroll in this course one must have successfully completed his 10+2. The course makes the student potential of coping up with all the challenges and teaches techniques to handle situations and provide solutions to the problems in the best way possible.
